will be deleted/discarded

Me crea dudas que ponga se dará de baja en vez de se eliminarán que sería lo normal. Quizás si nos das más contexto te podamos ayudar más. Espero que te sirva. Un saludo.

thanks Emiliano!
agree Kevin G : I'm not sure how many times I've translated this term and I'm never completely satisfied with what I use! In this context I think that this is the best option.

disagree Sarah Brenchley : "discarded" is definitely not the right word and "deleted" would be to repeat the verb used for eliminating the user names/aliases which ARE deleted

1. Discarding an element is effectively deleting it. 2. What's is the problem with repeating the word if the meaning stands? I kindly disagree with your disagreement. There are counterexamples to be found on what you state. Regards Sarah

All organizational "position" aliases will be updated as new people take those positions. Conference "position" aliases will be removed in December of the conference year. All organizational and conference "personal" aliases will be terminated 1 year after a person's term of office or conference role is finished unless that person remains a SIGGRAPH member and wishes to keep the alias.

will be cancelled

Mailbox users in the EDI program I work with are called "subscribers". Subscriptions are "cancelled" so QED "user mailbox cancellation", which (without quotes) gets over 4 million google hits.
