English to Russian Bus/Financial Management Risk Assessment

If there are no significant changes in business-, product-, market-, legal-, and control environment there is no need to completely re-do a High Level Risk Assessment. An update of the previous year's High Level Risk Assessment is sufficient, but always requires the prior approval of or waiver from the ORM, Compliance RM and Legal Business Line Heads. For certain ING businesses (units) it is allowed to combine the High Level Risk Assessment and the Detailed Risk assessment considering the size of the business activities or for any other reason, but this always requires the prior approval of or waiver from the ORM, Compliance RM and Legal Business Line Heads, who may impose further conditions if deemed appropriate.
