Appropriation
Notice of Appropriation stating the vessel's name, the port of shipment, date of the bill of lading and the approximate weight shipped, shall, within 10 consecutive days (unless otherwise agreed), from the date of the bill of lading be despatched by or on behalf of the Shipper direct to his Buyers or to the Selling Agent or Broker named in the contract. Słowo "appropriation" używane jest w odniesieniu do towarów, więc nie pasuje mi tutaj "asygnowanie", "przeznaczenie" itp. A już na pewno nie "przywłaszczenie".
Delivery must take place within the agreed fulfilment period at the seller’s option. Only goods which are ready to be loaded or accessible or due may be appropriated. The rendering of a delivery/release note containing no reservation or other limiting condition counts as an appropriation.
The seller may appropriate the goods before the beginning of the delivery period for the first day of the delivery period.
Pasuje mi tutaj "przekazanie towaru", "wydanie towaru", ale nie znalazłam nigdzie takiego znaczenia słowa "appropriation".

Notice of appropriation
The standard GIF contracts for the sale of grain, LCTA 27 and 30, require seller to give notice to buyer of the loading to vessel of grain sold; this requirement is customary also for C&F sale. The notice must specify vessel name, date(s) of bill(s) of lading, quantity loaded and applicable sale contract number. Notice of appropriation must be given by sellers latest: 1) 6 days after bill of lading date for shipments from Atlantic, or St. Lawrence Seaway ports from Montreal eastward, 2) 7 days after bill of lading date, for shipments from -other St. Lawrence ports or from Great Lakes or Gulf ports, also from Pacific ports. LCTA 15 also requires notice of appropriation permitting shipper, however, to declare approximate quantities appropriated.
