Hope this will help as we have no context, except the fact it has something to do with software... that's why I really think it is the solution...
I would like to create a flash app that feeds from the ARS system (similiar way the flashboards and Atrium Core feeds from ARS). Where do I get API and/or skeleton code for this?

wire-frame model
As Chris said, the context is too thin. But, with what's available, the closest thing I can think of is a wire-frame model.
Discussion
Ensemble des processus de déclenchement et de contrôle d’une commande, du moment de la fabrication jusqu’à l’expédition.
So it seems a very specific use. Does that use agree with your context?
There is also the more general definition, although it's considered a language level "soutenu":
Action d’agencer selon un ordre déterminé; façon dont une chose est ordonnée.
In this case it's just a kind of more literary synonym for order.
In the first case, I would decant for skelekton in a specific manufacturing process and in the second case, I would say it's more probable it couild be a wireframe model.
Plus, the reference to formulas indicate it could be some CAD model with resistance or similar formulas.
