German to English Science Chemistry; Chem Sci/Eng detergents
Kaltwirksame Enzyme steigern die Reinigungswirkung und bewirken eine deutlich verbesserte Entfernung von Speiseresten, Hautfetten und Kosmetikflecken.

Very few googles for either kaltwirksam or kältewirksam.

Washing powders etc. that contain these enzymes can be used for the cold wash cycle.

I think using 'low temperature active' is stylistically better as an attributive compound adjective.
