cost Walk chart/graph (waterfall chart/graph)
I worked for a long time doing document reviews in this industry and came across this term numerous times. We were all initially puzzled.. A Japanese native speaker who works in the automotive industry and has excellent command of English assured us it is a "cost Walk" chart. If you look that up online, you'll see it is also known as a waterfall chart/graph. Either will work.

height amplitude distribution graph(chart)

bar graph (chart), added-up score or "yamataka"
At certain manufacturers, they use this term when calculating cost by using these bar graphs by adding a certain item on top of the other.
