ECOGRAFIA CUTE E SOTTO CUTANEO MANDIBOLA DX PAROTIDEA
I have found hypoanechoic and hypo-anechoic but these all seem to be in translated/foreign author texts. If anyone knows the correct way of putting it in English I'd be really grateful.
Le tre piccole tumefazioni palpabili della guancia destra, localizzate nei piani profondim anteriormente al muscolo massetere, e nel contesto di una lingua di parenchima isoecogeno alla parotide (prolungamento della parotide o parotide accessoria?) hanno formato rotondeggiante e aspetto ipo-anecogeno, come per strutture in gran parte fluida.
