English term

command sponsorship

English to German Other Military / Defense US Army
A US soldier is getting a transfer to Korea/to Germany. The instructions inform him, among other things:
"Sponsorship: incoming soldiers will be a assigned a sponsor" then also
"Command sponsorship: All positions are eligible for command sponsorship".

I am at a loss to put this into German. I find plenty of items on "command sponsorship" when browsing but they are all in English. I played with "befohlene Förderung" oder "Auftragsunterstützung" but both are not solutions to my liking.
Your suggestions will be much appreciated.

Kim Metzger May 27, 2012:
Takes about 2 seconds in Google to find a definition, if you know how to search rather than "browse."
Kathinka van de Griendt May 27, 2012:
What is Command Sponsorship?
1. When a Soldier receives assignment orders to move overseas, he or she will receive orders which are either Accompanied (with dependents) or Unaccompanied (without dependents). Family members must be Command Sponsored to be eligible for a fully funded move overseas. The Soldiers new command must approve Command Sponsorship.

What definition of command sponsorship did you find?
