This is list of some of the results of reforestation of some depleted areas and some areas that are being given some improved corn seed. I do not know what "Has" means. Can anyone help?

Of course I meant "reforested". Sorry for that. I posted my answer too quickly.

And like Neil pointed out, the correct abbreviation of "hectáreas" is "ha". However, you still see people using "Has" like in your document.

Thank you Neil. Yes, the correct abbreviation is "ha". However, there are people who use "Has" (perhaps the same ones that use "mts" to abbreviate "metros") and that's what confused the asker here.

700 ha of reforested land

Be careful: forested land is not the same as reforested land. The latter implies replanting trees after logging and other disturbances.
The abreviation of hectare is 'ha'. The hectare is a unit of measurement of 10,000 square metres, or a square with sides of 100 metres.
