El texto que tengo trata de las llaves de contacto con mando remoto de unos vehículos (turismos AAA y BBB). A continuación se muestran dos ejemplos del uso de la expresión "llegar arrancando" en este texto. No parece que se refiera al arranque / puesta en marcha del motor, sino a una cualidad propia de las llaves. Mi primera impresión es que quizás quiera decir que las llaves se suministran listas para el uso, completas o con la batería cargada, o algo así, pero es sólo una impresión y podría estar completamente equivocado. ¿Qué significa -y en su caso cómo se traduce- este "llegar arrancando" aquí? Agradecería la ayuda de los colegas que pudieran aclararme esto con certeza.

En estos sistemas de inmovilizador, las llaves se piden por bastidor y llegan arrancando en los modelos de AAA. En el sistema XXX en los vehículos con caja de cambios automática, la activación de llaves nuevas debe de hacerse con la palanca de cambios en posición N o P, la programación del mando es manual.
En los modelos BBB con sistema XXX, la llave se pide al igual que en AAA por bastidor y la llave llega arrancando, pero a diferencia de AAA, en BBB es necesario hacer la programación del mando con TZZ. Para hacer la programación del mando es necesario de un código PIN
