microwaves
MM.OO. here = microondas.
"Nueva Repetidora de MM.OO. de Naser Ingeniería.
Septiembre 2009: Naser Ingeniería, cuenta con una nueva estación repetidora de microondas con la que los habitantes del sector El Verdin tendrán acceso a Internet."

It fits the context, since troposcatter (tropospheric scatter) is a method of microwave transmission:
"Tropospheric scatter (known as "troposcatter" among practitioners) is a method of transmitting and receiving microwave radio signals over considerable distances – often up to 300 km."

In practice you will want it in the singular, "microwave", since "enlace de MM.OO." will be a "microwave link/connection".

: a sattelite connection ??

Thanks very much, Ms Jackie :) I don't think it's satellite; what they do with troposcatter, apparently, is to bounce microwave transmissions off the troposphere. But I'm no expert in this field!
