When the Single Drum Separator is maintained or repaired the power supply should be turned off. All components that are driven by a motor must be supplied with a **work switch** by the customer that can be locked.
The inspection doors in the installation may never be opened when the installation is operational. The inspection doors only may be opened with the right tools, when the component concerned is shut down by the **work switch**. After opening the inspection doors they need to be closed at exactly the same way.
Regarding with the risk analysis is a prerequisite that the electrical diagram stays unchanged. XXX expects that the system works as provided on this diagram and that all emergency switches and **work switches**, are mounted and working.
