Portuguese to English Tech/Engineering Manufacturing Speed cameras: sealing details

Hi All,

I am currently translating regulations for speed cameras to be used, and have come across the above which is a subheading for a second containing information on a sealing plan (how equipment is to be sealed to ensure it is not tampered with, etc.)

Unfortunately, I cannot provide any more context as the source file is a poor quality scanned PDF and it's impossible to convert the text to word!
