This appears in a credit management guideline about trade credit and receivables. I often see it translated as "individual value adjustment", but I'm wondering if something like "bad debt provision/allowance" would be more appropriate in this context? Here are a few sentences that appear under the heading "Einzelwertberichtigung/Ausbuchung von Forderungen":
- Es muss geregelt werden, welche Funktion berechtigt ist, Wertberichtigungen und Ausbuchungen von Forderungen vorzunehmen.
- Es sind Fristen definiert, nach deren Ablauf überfällige Forderungen wertberichtigt werden müssen. Da die Realisierungswahrscheinlichkeit mit zunehmendem Alter der Forderung abnimmt, sind Altersgrenzen zu definieren, nach deren Erreichen die entsprechenden Forderungen Wert zu berichtigen sind. Es kann auch ein prozentualer Wertberichtigungsbedarf für verschiedene Altersgrenzen festgelegt werden (z.B. 90 Tage = 50%, 180 Tage = 100%; oder auf Grundlage von Mahnstufen/Mahnsperren).

are the standard terms in accounting speak. "individual value adjustment" is translatorese.
However, note that in all your examples, Wertberichtigung(en) can also be translated as "adjustment(s)" or "write-downs" and "(Wert-)berichtigen" is "adjust" or "write down" (verb).
The prozentualer Wertberichtigungsbedarf is a (need for a) "percentage allowance".
Personally, I prefer to use the verb form wherever possible in English rather than the noun form.
