Thank you for your answers! The context is - a listing of subjects in a Zeugnis, in which the student has obtained Leistungsnachweise (I am torn here between "certificate of achievement" and "certificate of completion"). Some of the LN are Einzelleistungsnachweise, other ones are interdisciplinary. I think, "individual", as suggested by both Michael and Mariana, might be correct here.
