Personal interest

"The right to protect personal interest" would be my guess. (I don't see anything that would justify translating 人格的な利益 as "moral interest", unless there is something in the broader context that cannot be posted here.) It seems to me that 人格的 here is "personal" meaning "pertaining to an individual".
