Eine Klausel im Leasingvertrag, die hoffentlich jemand sieht, der diesen Ausdruck kennt. Ich glaube, dass er sich aus einer anderen Sprache eingeschlichen hat, was man auch DEUTLICH merkt beim Übersetzen >_<

In case of refusal to increase the credit limit, the assignor has the option of either to assign the receivables to the assignee with the security of collectability of receivables from XXX-corporation within the meaning of § 527 paragraph 2 of the Civil Code or with the**** accession to debt**** within the meaning of § 533 of the Civil Code or not to assign the receivables and to continue to invoice the client directly providing that there is not any client´s breach of the Framework Agreement on Repay Process of assigned Receivables and assignor shall notify assignor of this direct invoicing.
