Je traduis em urgence le plan d'une entreprise qui fournira des prestations de conciergerie.

Contexte :

"Services:
High level of concierge services for management of Yachts, Aircraft and Real Estate.

Area of Operation:
Initially XXX and surrounding areas, however as the clients will tend to have global assets then so will be my potential areas of operation."

Comme il est notamment question de biens immobiliers dans la partie "Services", je pense à "biens internationaux" pour "global assets" plutôt qu'à "actifs internationaux".

Est-ce correct ?
