The Supplier shall render the Author's supervision of the Code within the warranty period in accordance with Item 5.2 of this Agreement.
The Owner shall provide data and assistance necessary for the Supplier to perform the author's supervision. The Supplier shall remove his errors, found by the Owner during the Code operation, within 40 calendar days after receiving the Owner's written request.Should the Supplier introduce any changes to Code copy with the purpose to remove the Owner's comments, after such introduction of changes the Supplier shall submit to the Owner his recommendations on the need (absence of need) to introduce respective changes to other Code copies and, in case of the Owner's consent, the Supplier shall, at this own expense, introduce changes to other copies of the Code.Should the Owner decide to use optimized Code the Owner shall inform the Supplier thereof.Significant changes shall be considered as inclusion of new modules in the Code, extension of functionality of Code and processing of results and also improvement of methodology which have demanded financial costs for upgrade of code.
