I am translating an airline website and this term appears in the section aimed specifically at travel agents, containing information on how bookings should be created.
- « Si des réservations ont déjà été constituées, vous serez informés des modifications par file d’appel »
- « Les modifications ponctuelles de programmes ne sont pas mises à jour en temps réel (sauf dans les GDS Amadeus et Worldspan). Si cela se produit alors que vous détenez un PNR, celui-ci tombera en file d'appel sur votre terminal avec l'horaire exact qu'il vous suffira alors de valider. »
