Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

Non-PRO (1): Beata Claridge

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Discussion

Beata Claridge Jul 24, 2013:
I suspect it is the other way round, Lilian: the customer wants to change the phone/internet provider - this action will entail not only the obvious connection changes, but also some physical work to be done in the building (will involve, will entail, will require, or even the somehow awkward in this connection context "will be connected with" - all options are IMO good)
LilianNekipelov Jul 24, 2013:
What is the phrase supposed to mean in Polish? That they had the change the operator because of some work in the shaft underway,or something else? It is not well phrased and very unclear in Polish.
Entails.

The company would like to change its telecom provide. The change of the telecom provider entails some works to be done in the shaft of the building.

A po skorygowaniu: "will entail". "The change will entail works (to be done) in the shaft of the building".
EmilyZ (asker) Jul 24, 2013:
a gdy skoryguje zdanie w ten sposób:
"zmiana operatora będzie wiązała się z pracami w szachcie budynku "
LilianNekipelov Jul 24, 2013:
Your options are all wrong. The context is also slightly unclear.
EmilyZ (asker) Jul 24, 2013:
prace się jeszcze nie rozpoczęły jest to informacja dla właściela aby wyraził zgodę na przeprowadzenie prac.
pierwsza cześć zdania brzmi:
The company X would like to change the telecom company from Z on L,........
EmilyZ (asker) Jul 24, 2013:
zmiana dopiero nastąpi

will require some work to be done in the ...

The operator change will require...
Tak bym to ujął, podobnie do trzeciej opcji.
Jeżeli nastąpi zmiana operatora, to konieczne będą te prace - dlatego czas przyszły.

the change of an operator is a result of X

Your context is not 100% clear, but this should be it.
Peer comment(s):

neutral Beata Claridge : I understand the context was not clear from the beginning, but looks like we know the full story now.

Concomitant with ...

propozycja;

"concomitant with" można traktować jako "w rezultacie/z powodu [zmiany operatora]" oraz "jednocześnie/wraz ze [zmianą operatora]"

np.:
Concomitant with the change of the operator, works on shaft of the building are required

--------------------------------------------------
Note added at 21 hrs (2013-07-25 08:05:10 GMT)
--------------------------------------------------

a może ...
Concomitant with the change of the operator, works on shaft of the building are going to be performed/done

--------------------------------------------------
Note added at 22 hrs (2013-07-25 08:45:32 GMT)

z "duly":
Concomitant with the change of the operator, works on shaft of the building are going to be duly performed
