Spanish term

autocontración

I have in fact been labouring over this convoluted document all night and my brain is going.
Anybody got some good ideas about this clause (number four million and four subclause 4!)

contracting with himself

"4. In general, to peform and carry out all acts and arrangements that may have any relationship with or facilitate the exercise of the powers and authority being granted under this instrument; he is also so authorized, even though he may perform what is legally defined as contracting with himself, the consequences of which he expects and accepts".

He can do what would be normally considered to be a conflict of interest.
