English to French Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s)

Bonjour,

Dans un contrat, je ne vois pas comment traduire " claims will be credited " :

8 EXAMINATION OF PRODUCTS
8.1 The Customer shall immediately after receipt of the Products examine all shipments and shall notify XXX in writing within seven (7) business days after receipt of shipment of any shortage, error of noncompliance with the promised quantity in shipment.
Confirmed claims will be credited or if possible exchanged by a new Product.
