I also concur in this context, it is not herein.
herein is, for example, when you say
"all of the other statements mentioned herein"
when you refer to the address, this is simply here.

Exactly The letter was written at the office and will probably be printed on letterhead paper, so the address will be clear. Is there a standard formula for this type of "address"?
