Maybe I'm just suffering from severe caffeine deprivation but I can't figure out whether this means "workplaces" (sites) or "jobs" or "type of jobs" in this context:
Der Betriebsinhaber ist dem Betriebsrat im Bereich der Personalplanung informationspflichtig. Sobald ihm die Zahl der aufzunehmenden Arbeitnehmer, deren Verwendung und die in Aussicht genommenen Arbeitsplätze bekannt sind, hat er den Betriebsrat jener Gruppe, welcher die Einzustellenden angehören würden, darüber zu informieren. Beabsichtigt der Betriebsinhaber also die Einstellung mehrerer Angestellter muss er bei getrennten Betriebsräten den Angestelltenbetriebsrat von seiner Absicht in Kenntnis setzen.

Problematic because the plural form most often means 'jobs' and the singular more normally refers to the physical place of work. But I think that's the meaning here, simply referring to multiple locations.
I'd opt for 'workplaces' over 'workspaces' to indicate sites or locations (as opposed to who's going to get the desks closest to the window)

: rather workspaces - actually 'Arbeitsplatz' would most likely refer not only to the space itself but the whole equipment like phone, computer, etc. - don't know if 'workplace' implies all that, too
