Maybe best to clarify (as they do here) and say "Ichthyometer fish measuring board" ? It's certainly not a common word in either languages, though the Spanish at least has a Wikipedia entry.

: Yes, either "fish measuring board" or "measuring board". This is common knowledge for anglers, and one has only to look at Cabela's, Rapala's, etc. online stores, in addition to USFWS web pages, to that this is the preferred choice.

There are several different ways of measuring fish in a tank, each with different names. See section 12.8 here:

If there's no clear answer to this question, I'd go for something vague like "fish measuring/grading device".
