Under the above sentence where 'afdeling' appears, there is a wee sentence containing the following information:
"enkel voor type 1 te vermelden: doorstromingsafdeling of finaliteitsafdeling"
It is my understanding that 'finaliteit' refers to the final year of secondary education in Belgium, but is there an official translation for this term?
