Подскажите, пожалуйста, что имеется в виду под "recorded indistinguishably" в данном контексте:

7. Non-capital goods, services, wages, running costs and other funds are supplied by the contractor as and when required for day-to-day operations. They should already be recorded indistinguishably in Goods and Services imports, by appropriate product, and in NAFA deposits increase: counterpart entries can be recorded in NIL, accounts payable increase. If the funding represents a loan the entries would be in NIL, Direct investment debt (if supplied by the DI) or Other investment, loans. If the DI supplies longer term funding not included in operating costs or loans it could be regarded as capital funding in NIL, Direct investment, equity. For other contractor parties it could be regarded as NIL, Other investment, loans.
