International Supply Chain Management (ISCM) – The Center of Excellence that performs a Company-wide role to provide strong leadership on FCPA and Anti-Corruption supply chain issues by:
(i) serving as a Subject Matter Expert for international supply chain due diligence across the Company; (ii) helping ensure the due diligence data base is well maintained, current, and properly utilized by BSCM with regard to all international subcontracts and purchase orders; (iii) developing monitoring and compliance review processes to assess the effectiveness of standard and enhanced due diligence procedures; and (iv) ensuring that SCM professionals are adequately trained regarding this policy.

International Traffic in Arms Regulation Title 22, CFR Parts 120-130 (ITAR) – Regulations that implement the Arms Export Control Act (AECA) and control the Export, Reexport and Temporary Import of defense articles, technical data and Defense Services covered by the USML.

Manufacturing License Agreement (MLA) – An agreement whereby a U.S. person grants a Non-U.S. Person or Foreign Supplier a License to manufacture defense articles abroad and which involves or contemplates (a) an Export of technical data or defense articles, or the performance of a Defense Service, or (b) the use by the Non-U.S. Person or Foreign Supplier of technical data or defense articles previously Exported by the U.S. person.
