The xx provides a complete vacuum and
abatement service, combined with single point
facilities connections, central control and central
system condition monitoring.
The x can be supplied in two configurations:
 xx Single
 xx Dual
Each xx is designed to pump and abate the
hazardous exhaust gases from semiconductor CVD
and Etch, compound semiconductor, flat panel
display and solar applications.
The Single systems contain a single abatement
system, with a single pumping system connected to
that abatement system. A Single system can be
