: de referencia tends to be a bitch to translate but I think this is probably the nearest to the meaning, although with the word standard having one if its less common meanings.// I think I might say 'standard of devices' to get the actual meaning across.

I think 'dispositivo' is redundant - we all know that a phone is a device. I would say "which is becoming a must-have for small businesses".
I'm surprised the figure is so low - I would have thought it was close to 100%. Maybe this is a developing country they're talking about.
