Nie jestem pewna czy 'tolerancyjny dystans' brzmi dobrze (może ktoś spojrzy z dystansu i uzna, że tak:-)). Generalnie chodzi o to, aby przed konfliktem albo po (w trakcie to raczej ciężko) przyjąć dystans, który jest 'tolerancyjny, wyrozumiały' ? Z góry dziękuje za sugestie.
