MATERIAL DIVISION as a result of its ORIGIN. The principal property, ***due to it originating from another older property***, is burdened with an easement for mains water for the registered property number XXXX owned by XXXX
Does it mean it's been built over an older property (it's a new development of houses in Spain)? And what is the correct term? I need to send it in a couple of hours so it's quite urgent!
I'd like to know if this is correct/any alternative suggestions. Many thanks!
