I have no idea what «которым есть, что сказать» means here. My only guess is «которым есть, что сказать» means "that have something to say", but I am in no way confident of that guess.

Here's the passage:

Порой кажется, что это проект нас ведёт, а не мы его. Люди, которые приходят просто ради денег, быстро отваливаются. Мотивация не та. А люди светлые, которым есть, что сказать, остаются.

The context is an interview with the heads of a video-mapping / light show studio.
