Swedish term

komponentansvarig

Swedish to English Tech/Engineering Manufacturing Equipment and supplies for hospital.
This term appears in the following sentence:

Första leverans av ny revision av etikett skall godkännas av _komponentansvarig_.

Should this be taken to mean "parts department," "head of parts department," or other? TIA for any insights.

Parts Supervisor/Manager

In looking up komponentansvarig with a couple of major Swedish corporations such as Volvo I found Parts Supervisor used. Most major manufacturing companies have either a parts supervisor or manager.
