@ Maria I did not see it much as either a ceremonial or official portrait. Asker did not give context or an example of what was wanted. The examples you provided are informal-setting e.g. whereas usually setting counts too.

@ Josephine What about portraits painted in the same style but not featuring members of the court? (like the portrait in my example) Would those also be called "official court portraits"? I ask for future reference. I am not an art expert, although I have dealt with art texts.

@philgoddard Thank you, it is usually called thus, especially in those days, with Délasquez's portrait of Philip IVand Innocent X- he ushered in a new era as far as portrait drawing was concerned, real, life-like, he brought out the character of the person besides his status in life
