Probably not what you want to hear, but the Groot Polytechnische Woordenboek (by Kluwer/SDU) is already quite old. The former chief editor (Graham P. Oxtoby) currently has a much improved new version, which is (a) now much bigger, and (b) is updated every week. It’s new name is the:

‘Nieuw Groot Woordenboek Industrie & Techniek / Comprehensive Dictionary of Industry & Technology NE-EN/EN-NE’

and is published by Translex Publishing

I have the old Groot Polytechnische Woordenboek (on paper) still, and I can guarantee that Graham's new version is much better.

He sells it as (1) a book, (2) a Windows program (works perfectly on Win7/8/8.1), and (3) as an online subscription. I have the online subscription, because that way you get all the latest new words, and you can also click on a little feedback button to send term questions straight to Graham, who usually answers them within 15 minutes.
