This is from a line in a feature film where Friend 1 is laughing at Friend 2 because Friend 2 has just said he wants to 'buy himself a family' using the money he has obtained from a robbery.

The full phrase is "T’es autant responsable qu’un môme de 10 piges! C’est encore ta mère qui fait ton pieux, va falloir que tu grandisses un peu."

Thanks polyglot 45. I actually went, ironically, with 'you're about as mature as a 10 year-old' and then Philippa responded to your post and said the same thing! It worked very nicely in the context of the scene I was subtitling. I very much appreciate the clarification of the slang terms.

agree John ANTHONY : This is typical "Parisian" slang. It's not as "picturesque" as cockney in London, but sometimes difficult to understand (I should know, I lived in Paris between the ages of 5 and 36...!) :-)

Thanks kashew. In this particular instance, 'twit' was a step too far in the context of the scene I was subtitling, but nice for future reference :)
