Viene en ayunas, último alimento el 14/Sep/14 a las 22:00 h. No ha tomado café, agua, fumado, realizado ejercicio, tomando medicamento en las últmas 12 horas. Refiere un nictémero de 5XO-2, no polis, visión sin cambios, persiste con datos de neuropatía periférica en piernas de leve intensidad. Hace bien su plan de alimentación para diabético, vida sedentaria.

As Helena says, nychthemeron. The 5X looks like a drug to be taken 5 times in that 24-hour period. What the O-2 might be (even as a typo) baffles me.
