Da Italiano a Inglese Altro Bestiame/Zootecnica Horses

The author is referring to a kind of pen that as "tondini da doma". He uses "tondino" often to refer to "pen" so I feel like "tondini da doma" are something different and specific, but I haven't had any luck in finding the English version.
