We created 3 quality tiers – standard, high and premium – to fit the needs of our different types of content.

A small, casual game would go through the standard quality tier, which means a light editing round of the English source (most of our games are created by developers that are not English native speakers) and translation. A more high profile game would go to the high quality tier which would include a more thorough editing of the English source, translation and review. Premium quality tier is applied to things such as press releases and PR material. For this type of content we have opted for transcreation, as it has proven to be the solution that gives us the quality we need.
