...oder "Zweiteingriff zur Revaskularisation", "erneute Revaskularisation", wenn es der Platz in den Power-Point-Kästchen zulässt.
Jedenfalls geht es anscheinend darum, dass die Revaskularisation bei der Nachuntersuchung zwar erfolgreich (patent vessel) war, aber erst, nachdem nochmal nachgebessert wurde.

Revascularisation = repeat vascularisation?
Jein – im Englischen wird die Wiederherstellung der Gefäßpassage meist (ähnlich der deutschen Konstruktion) als revascularisation bezeichnet, manchmal aber auch als vascularisation. Von daher könnte eine re-vascularisation theoretisch auch ein Wiederholungseingriff sein, aber aufgrund der Uneindeutigkeit benutzt wohl kaum jemand diesen Begriff so.
Und auf Deutsch ist "Vaskularisierung" die Gefäßneubildung in Tumoren oder die vorhandene Gefäßversorgung eines Gewebes, aber kein Eingriff zur Wiederherstellung der Gefäßdurchgängigkeit.
