CREDIT REPORT
This is from a credit report. it is in a chart with no other context. the chart is describing the credit worthiness of a company seeking a financial lease. there is also "Tesa con sconfinamenti". Is there a direct translation. I cannot understand using something like 'stretched'. The second would be 'tesa with overdrafts' right?
Any and all assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Overstretched (with overruns)
Since this is a form and you have no other context and after a bit of research on the web, I really can't help much with "Tesa". Also we are missing a subject (current account or credit load facility?) both of which would be masculine in Italian. I can't find an acronym. In what part of the form dose it appear, perhaps this is a clue (banking status?). Otherwise ask the client! I can however help with sconfinamenti which would be overruns, whereas a "fido" or affidamento would be an overdraft or credit facility which has been granted and which is exceeded (overrun) by the customer. To end;my reading it that this is some sort of facility which has been granted, the ceiling of which has been exceeded, i.e overrun (eith with or without bank approval).
Hope this helps.

Note from asker:
I used tense in the end, and it was Jim's comment that confirmed my choice. Thanks for the assistance |

: Hi Alison. I think you could put "tense", "difficult" or any other term that would translate "un'atmosfera tesa". The point is I tran "sconfinamento" everyday, but I've never seen it with "tesa" before and a Google is fruitless.

solid/hard core overdrafts
What is a Solid Core (hard core) overdraft?
A solid core (hard core) overdraft is when a business customer has an overdraft facility, and the account is always in overdraft. If the hard core element of the overdraft appears to be becoming a long-term feature of the business, the bank might wish to convert the hard core of the overdraft into a loan, thus giving recognition to its more permanent nature. Otherwise annual reductions in the hard core of an overdraft would typically be a requirement of the bank.
