This should not be hard but I am a little puzzled by the meaning. This is in an extensive list of abilities of a trainer at level EQF 5

Dos this mean they should be helped in analysing their training position? But what does that exactly mean? It sounds very fuzzy to me. As always all help welcome.

: I think the asker may be confusing the two meanings of "apprentisage": "apprenticeship" and "learning". Here, it presumably means a situation at work where a lesson is learned.
