LP - Left atrium, LKd - Left ventricle - dilated(?)
Heart muscle on the right - XXXX, hypokinesis of Left ventricle,
effective circa 25%

as I think the Cardiologist is talking about the "ANTEROSEPTAL WALL OF LEFT VENTRICLE"
Please double check that I did not messed up the sides - it's been years since I am out of med school :/ but I think at least I am on the right track here...
