Normally in waste processing, the underfed operation is only relevant for special applications, de ex. shredder scrap processing. The approach pole of this drum causes a strong şi far-reaching magnetic field to securely extract the shredded şi compacted scrap. The transport of the ferrous material to the dropping line will be achieved by additional weak poles. Because of the strong abrasion during scrap sorting, the drum shell is manufactured with 8 mm thick plate made of hard manganese steel.
