This is in a text about an open-water swimming event from Spain and I can't come up with a good way of translating it.
El domingo 7 de junio tendra lugar la xxxxx, un reto con dos distancias, una corta de 3,5 km y una larga de 7km. Dos travesias de gran belleza en un entorno natural definido por acantilados y calas de agua cristaline, ***máxima expresión*** de la Costa Brava.
At the moment, I am using 'the finest... ' but I don't think this captures the meaning. All suggestions welcome.
