English to Polish Bus/Financial Tourism & Travel

This is to be used as the name of a position in a British company in Poland, dealing with customer service in tourism.

In general, I understand that escalated issues are more important, escalated care could be reserved for somehow special customers, or possibly issues that have gone too far and require urgent attention, and the person is a "członek kadry kierowniczej". What I'm after is a neat, to-the-point name of this job in Polish to be used officially, if there is such. If there isn't, let's invent one, shall we.
