First Way-Out:

The primary source of repayment will come from the export proceeds. Our facilities are structured under a front-to-back trade structure where the import outstanding is self-liquidated by proceeds from the export LC’s, which are mostly confirmed and discounted without recourse to client. We rely highly on the tight structure of the deals which allows us to control the flows and ensure the repayment of our exposure from the proceeds from export contracts.
