The Bank is entitled to dispose of or sell the Collateral at its discretion without reference to the Borrower or to any third party (if any) (including, without limitation, a purchase by the Bank) and without any formalities and to apply the proceeds thereof to cover its total claims after deduction of any expenses incurred, or to satisfy its lien by set-off, if necessary, of its claims on the Borrower against the pledgor’s claim (if any) on the Bank, regardless of the currency.
